An identity verification alert came through and Shanna provided exquisite service - she was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Since I had no relationships with the bank that performed the ID check, Shanna helped me first contact the bank to ensure no applications were in process. Seeing none (thank God), she also helped me decide whether or not to freeze my credit. I was hesitant but after she explained what that entailed I decided to do the freezes. I am so glad I did! It has brought me great peace of mind. I am so glad I have a membership with Aura and especially for representatives like Shanna! She prevented a potential identity theft and the major hardship that would have caused. Thank you!

I called, had a polite and articulate person immediately answer, and was fully supported as we phoned and dealt with the credit card company together. She (Shanna) stayed on the line after the resolution to help me freeze my credit files from predators, all the while giving me very helpful tips and advice. I have already recommended Aura to my family and friends. It's definitely worth every penny!

Read moreThey are always on the alert for activity connected to my name and finances. In one instance Aura alerted me to a company that was trying to charge me for a service that I had turned down. I was able to immediately contact my credit card company to stop the transaction. They've also been great about removing my name from databases so I no longer have an email box full of unsolicited messages.
