I got the white glove treatment! An identity verification alert came through and Shanna provided exquisite service - she was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. Since I had no relationships with the bank that performed the ID check, Shanna helped me first contact the bank to ensure no applications were in process. Seeing none (thank God), she also helped me decide whether or not to freeze my credit. I was hesitant but after she explained what that entailed I decided to do the freezes. I am so glad I did!
