Technology and Youth Wellbeing

Driving Insights Into Technology’s Impact on the Next Generation

With growing concerns about digital technology's impact on youth mental health, there's an urgent need for evidence-based research. While studies have examined how devices, social media, and gaming affect young people, significant knowledge gaps remain. Aura's clinical research aims to fill these gaps by investigating the relationships between digital behaviors, mental wellbeing, physical activity, and sleep patterns in children and adolescents. This research will help develop practical solutions to support healthy digital engagement.
