Shea brings more than a decade of leadership experience in operations, customer success, and organizational transformation across high-growth technology companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Customer Care at Toast, where he led a 1,700-person global support organization, implementing strategic changes that enhanced customer satisfaction and streamlined operations. Prior to Toast, Shea held senior leadership roles at Amazon Robotics and Amazon Pharmacy, where he optimized operations and partnered with engineering teams to deliver cost savings and product improvements.
At Aura, Shea will focus on scaling the customer success teams, refining processes for efficiency, and ensuring that every customer—whether a parent managing online safety for their children or an individual protecting personal information—feels supported and empowered.
